Accessibility statement

Last updated 5 August 2026

We want everyone to be able to read and use this website, regardless of how they browse. Accessibility fits our discipline: clear, simple, and usable by default.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task, and we improve the site as we go.

What we’ve done

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks (header, main, footer).
  • Text and background colours chosen to meet AA contrast for body copy.
  • Visible keyboard focus on every link, button, and form field.
  • Form fields with associated labels and clear, plain-language guidance.
  • Motion — including the page-load animation and the reading-dot effect — is disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
  • Layouts that reflow and remain readable when zoomed or on small screens.
  • Meaningful alternatives for non-text content, and decorative elements hidden from assistive technology.

Known limitations

Some areas may not yet fully meet our target. If you find something that’s hard to use, please tell us — real feedback is the fastest route to a fix.
