Unoty Ltd (“Unoty”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

What we collect

Enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect the name, work email, company, and message you provide.
Technical data. Our web server records standard request logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser user-agent) to operate and secure the site.
Aggregate analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate country, referrer). Plausible is privacy-focused: it uses no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across websites.

We do not use advertising trackers, and this website sets no cookies — so there is no cookie banner to click through.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about Unoty — on the basis of our legitimate interests in answering people who contact us, and to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
To keep the site running and secure — legitimate interests in the integrity and availability of our service.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the site. We do not sell personal data.

Form delivery. Contact-form submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit, which forwards the message and applies a spam check.
Hosting. The site is hosted on our infrastructure provider’s servers within the EU/UK.
Analytics. Plausible Analytics processes aggregate, cookieless usage data on our behalf, hosted in the EU.
Fonts. Our typefaces are self-hosted and served from our own servers — no request is made to Google or any third-party font service.

Where a processor is outside the UK/EEA, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK IDTA or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@unoty.systems. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we’d appreciate the chance to help first.
