Modern Slavery Policy

Unoty Ltd is committed to preventing and combating modern slavery in all its forms. As a responsible business, we have adopted this Modern Slavery Policy to set out our commitment to human rights, ethical practice, and the eradication of modern slavery from our operations and supply chain. It describes our zero-tolerance approach and gives our people and business partners a framework to identify, report, and mitigate risk.

Unoty Ltd is below the turnover threshold that requires a statement under section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. We adopt this policy voluntarily, and will publish a formal statement if and when we are required to.

2. Policy statement

5. Supply-chain due diligence

• As a software company, our supply chain is concentrated in technology and professional services. We apply proportionate due diligence to assess and monitor it for modern-slavery risk.
• We engage with suppliers and partners to confirm they share our commitment to ethical labour practices.

6. Supplier engagement and contracts

• We communicate our expectations on modern slavery to suppliers and partners, including the requirement to comply with applicable law.
• Where appropriate, we include contractual provisions that prohibit modern slavery in any form within our supply chain.

7. Awareness and training

• We give our people the awareness and resources to recognise modern slavery and to raise any suspicion or concern.
• We maintain an open, supportive environment for reporting, with confidentiality and protection for anyone who speaks up.

8. Reporting and investigation

• We encourage anyone to report a suspected instance of modern slavery to contact@unoty.systems.
• Every report is treated confidentially and investigated promptly and thoroughly. Appropriate action is taken in response to any substantiated case.

9. Continuous improvement

• We review and update this policy so it stays effective and aligned with evolving best practice and legislation.
• We engage with stakeholders and industry initiatives to stay informed and to help combat modern slavery.
